Thanks for stopping by, Robert. I am not using one of the available blog programs. When I started this site, I simply couldn't find any software matching my needs, so I wrote a small blog application myself. While the end-user view is quite what I wanted, the backend and administration is still lacking many features and is not that comfortable. If I had to chose today, I would probably also use Wordpress. In the end, the design is just a matter of templates and I guess I could realize the same site design with WP.
